About the Client: Clorox markets many of the best-known retail brands in America, including its namesake bleach and cleaning products, Armor All® and STP® auto care products, Fresh Step® and Scoop Away® cat litters, Kingsford® charcoal briquets, Hidden Valley® and K C Masterpiece® dressings and sauces, Brita® water-filtration systems, and Glad® bags, wraps and containers. The great majority of their brands are either the market leader or a strong second.
Project Description: Work at Clorox consisted of several projects:
Nova Partners’ Role: Nova Partners was engaged as the project manager for full floor interior renovations, entire cabling replacement of fully occupied floors, design/construction of a 20,000 square foot roof replacement, all aspects of a new 34,000 square feet plaza, and for multiple interior and exterior improvements throughout 11-building Clorox Technical Center campus. Nova Partners was also the construction manager for the design of 5 new exterior escalator canopies at the JB Williams Plaza and assisted in the LEED EB certification process.
