About the Client: Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. is an industry leader in storage, communications, and consumer silicon solutions.

Project Description: The 34-acre site included six buildings totaling 900,000 square feet and two parking structures for 1,200 cars. Key elements of the campus include a corporate briefing center, manufacturing and R&D facilities, a full-service café, an auditorium, and a fitness center with lockers, sauna, and outdoor sports courts.

Nova Partners’ Role: Nova Partners was engaged to perform a pre-purchase due diligence analysis of the property including a comprehensive review of the site’s key elements: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinklers, geotechnical, sitework, roofing, landscaping, structural, security code compliance, food service, environmental, networking, elevators, survey, title, zoning, and future development rights.
