About the Client: enXco is a leader in wind energy in the United States, with over 20 years of experience. enXco began by providing operations & maintenance services to wind turbines in California, and has grown to be the largest 3rd party provider of O&M services in the United States.

Project Description: The Shiloh 2 Wind Project includes 75 Repower 2.0 megawatt turbines spread over 6,100 acres with a 150 MW substation.  The project is located approximately 60 miles NE of San Francisco, CA in Rio Vista. enXco will own and operate the project, while Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) will purchase the project’s output under a recently approved 20-year Power Purchase Agreement.

Nova Partners’ Role: At Shiloh 2, Nova’s direct client, Rosendin Electric, held a design-build contract for the collection system, the substation, and tower wiring. Nova traveled to the jobsite on three strategically timed occasions and stayed closely in touch with Rosendin’s construction team throughout the construction period. Nova assured that the as-built records, which become part of the permanent plant documentation, were checked and rechecked before turning over to the owner.
