Handle project auditing and general ledger reconciliation

Due Diligence
Perform pre-purchase or pre-lease physical due diligence investigations
Work with third party surveyors, roofing consultants, engineers including structural, mechanical, electrical and other experts to identify and cost-out issues
Assist owner in negotiations to achieve best value in view of due diligence findings

Entitlements
Manage the Negative Declaration or EIR process and traffic studies
Address zoning and use issues
Represent client at Planning Commission and City Council meetings
