The Emerystation West project is comprised of two buildings and capital improvements consisting of the Emerystation West Podium and High-Rise Office Tower, Heritage Square Parking Garage, undergrounding of a City block of PG&E power lines and installation of a new traffic signal. The project is another collaboration of Nova Partners as construction manager with Wareham Development.
The Emerystation West building is 164 foot tall building with 7-stories, 333,000 SF of laboratory, office, and parking. The lower “podium” portion of the building will be a two- level parking structure that will accommodate 4 bus bays and 127 vehicular parking spaces, and 2,400 square feet of ground level active commercial space accommodating retail and transit oriented functions with Amtrak.
The Heritage Garage is 73 foot tall, 232,000 SF, 7-1/2 story parking garage which accommodates 677 vehicles and has elegant facades of patina copper panels and planter walls.
