About the Client: Founded in 1929, Green Hills Country Club is centrally located San Francisco and Silicon Valley, with stunning views from its hilltop location. The classic style golf course was designed by Alister MacKenzie.

Project Description: The project began with demolition of an existing clubhouse and replacing with a new 28,400 SF clubhouse with a kitchen, café and private dining rooms, an exercise room, and locker rooms, Pro Shop Board Room and administrative offices. The project included re-building of an existing convention/meeting facility with large banquet room with separate bar and fireside lounge. Throughout construction, the golf course remained functional, hosting tournaments and regular play for its members.

Nova Partners’ Role: Nova Partners represented Green Hills as the project manager, managing all aspects of the planning, budgeting, design review and construction of the new facilities, from start to finish.
