About the Client: Juniper Networks, Inc. is a premier provider of Internet infrastructure solutions that enable companies and telecommunications service providers to meet the increasingly complex networking demands resulting from the rapid growth of the Internet.

Project Description: Juniper Networks engaged Nova Partners to be the construction manager for their new ground-up campus at Moffett Park in Sunnyvale, which will be the hub for their global operations.  The project consists of two eight-story high rise buildings totaling 636,000 SF and one five level open air parking structure with 851 spaces.

The project features include hardware and software labs, executive board conferencing, executive offices, open lobby, café, OSA economization, campus landscaping and green features throughout in order to achieve LEED v3 Gold and Platinum Certification (one building Gold, one Platinum). Each of the buildings will house electrical and mechanical infrastructure capable of providing up to 7.5kW per rack for 600 racks in hardware and software lab environments.
