The project at 360 3rd St. 7th Floor, suite 700, San Francisco, is an office tenant improvement consisting of new enclosed private offices, new open office area, coffee break area, new conference rooms, and a new reception area. The MEP scopes are design-build and the fire sprinklers/ fire life-safety systems are to remain operational during the course of construction. Existing building walker ducts are being used to route cabling to allow for a cleaner architectural feel.
Nova Partners’ Role: Nova Partners was hired as the construction project manager and is responsible for complete construction management, including preconstruction services, coordination of the bidding process, and managing the project schedule and budget to a successful completion.
