Location: Corporate Headquarters, Pleasanton, California
Nova Partners managed the general contractor selection process and assisted in negotiating the price and terms of the contract, which were quite attractive to Shaklee. In addition, Nova managed the signage, testing and inspection, roofing, and IT consultant selection processes, and assisted in negotiating their respective agreements. Nova generated cost tracking and progress reports, analyzed change orders, advised on the architect and subcontractors fee agreements, and performed all other tasks we required. To summarize, Nova Partners provided us with excellent strengths and depth in all areas of this assignment.
