About the Project
Nova was brought in to facilitate and manage a potential new lease in an existing 2-story tilt up commercial building in Wareham’s portfolio.
The scope included a change of use from office to lab, upgrade of the Sanitary Sewer lateral, an upgrade of the PG&E service, upgrade and up-size the roof top units, seismic retrofits and structure strengthening, elevator modernization, entrance facade improvements, site improvements, and tenant lab-office build-out. All of the design, permitting, and construction of the above scope is to be completed in a very short time-frame.
Nova Partners’ Role
Nova represented Wareham, but assisted the tenant in decision making and budget to ensure milestone dates and expectations were kept in-line as the design progressed to construction.
Nova Partners was hired as the construction project manager and was responsible for complete construction management, including preconstruction services, city and AHJ relationships,landlord and tenant voordination, coordination of the bidding process, and managing the project schedule and budget to a successful completion.
