About the Project: Yahoo! obtained entitlements for a new, one million SF campus in Santa Clara consisting of mid-rise structures with below grade parking. The existing 32-acre site contains approximately 500,000 SF of existing buildings, which must be removed to pave the way for the future campus.

Nova Partners’ Role: Nova Partners was engaged as project manager for the first phase of the campus project.
