About the Client: A private golf, tennis, and swim club in Menlo Park, California, Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club is a Platinum Club of America, one of the top 100 club communities in the United States.

Project Description: The Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club’s new clubhouse is a 50,000 SF facility located on Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park, California. The clubhouse houses all golf operations, including a pro-shop, golf-bag storage, golf-cart storage, and charging areas. Also included are several outdoor terraces adjacent to the lounge and dining areas, as well as a 25-yard pool, spa, and fitness facility.

Nova Partners’ Role: Nova Partners was engaged as the project manager to assist the client in meeting their project budget and schedule requirements, from design through construction.
